This is my new fandom journal, I imported the old one from lj sans comments as the import was buggy. At some point I'll weed through the entries and make the fic and other fandom bits public but it's been a hell of a couple of years year, so it might take a while. Meantime there's not much to see here, but try my tumblr or twitter.

Happy yuletide, thanks for offering one of my tiny fandoms. Hopefully these prompts and likes are helpful, but honestly I'll be thrilled with anything at all for my fandoms. Please don't think I want any of these more because a section maybe longer or shorter, I promise that while my love for my faves may be equal, it's my ability to come up with prompts that is somewhat more variable. When it comes to smut fic so long as it's not one of my listed DNWs then I'm pretty much open to anything, so feel free to go wild.

Life has been a complete trashfire the last couple of weeks. I was visiting my dad for the first time since the world went to hell with covid when I got a call that my mum had taken sick, so had to cut my trip short and fly back. Then just when she got she got the all clear dad wound up in hospital and I had to fly back to him. Thankfully they're both fine (my bank balance not so much) but I'm a wreck, my body has no idea what time zone I'm in, and I've a shit load of work to catch up on.

So imagine my joy when I received not one, not two, but three absolutely fabulous fics for nonconathon. They're all amazing, made for a real bright spot that I needed right now.

I'm working on a tender for an Australian firm, and while I'm very grateful for the work considering how the years going, it's completely fucking my sleep patterns, as I need to be up very early or very late to make online meetings, plus I'm trying to cover more shifts at the village shop as our usual volunteers are elderly and they're not safe to work at the moment.



I'm happy I got my yuletide signup in under the wire, now I just need to figure out how to nap more efficiently. Looking at my fitbit, my sleep patterns for the last month are basically WTF.
